Specialty Occupation Visas
Specialty occupation visas facilitate U.S. employment for skilled professionals in fields requiring specialized knowledge. Two key options are the E-3 and H-1B visas:

- The E-3 visa is for Australian nationals with a job offer from a U.S. employer to work in specialty occupations requiring specialized knowledge, such as engineering, IT, education, or healthcare.
- The H-1B visa is for specialty occupation workers or fashion models of distinguished merit and ability and requires a job offer from a U.S. employer, a certified labor condition application, and a prevailing wage rate determination.
Business & Investor Visas

The E-2 visa is for investors or employees with executive or managerial capacity or specialized qualifications.
- The L visa (L-1A or L-1B) is a temporary nonimmigrant work visa for an intracompany transferee of a multinational company to work in the U.S.
- The E-1 visa is intended for nationals of treaty countries engaged in substantial trade with the U.S. The application process involves submitting documentation of trade activities, business ownership, or employment with a qualifying trading company.
- The H-3 visa serves individuals seeking on-the-job training unavailable in their home country. Applicants must secure a position with a U.S. organization offering a structured training program.
