Our Immigration Services
We assist clients with a wide range of visa applications and permanent residency processes:
Green Cards
A Green Card allows individuals to live and work permanently in the U.S., offering a pathway to stability and eventual citizenship.
Skilled workers must have at least two years of experience or training in non-seasonal jobs. Professionals must hold a U.S. bachelor’s degree or its foreign equivalent and meet any additional training or experience requirements. Applicants must secure a permanent, full-time job offer and meet the qualifications for their role.
The application process varies depending on individual circumstances but often includes filing Form I-485 or undergoing consular processing for those outside the U.S. This involves submitting supporting documentation, completing medical exams, and attending interviews.
Green card holders benefit from living and working anywhere in the U.S., bringing eligible family members, and enjoying travel flexibility. They can also change employers and begin their pathway to U.S. citizenship. A green card is a powerful tool for those seeking security and opportunity in the U.S.

Citizenship
Naturalization is the process by which lawful permanent residents (green card holders) can become U.S. citizens. To qualify, applicants must meet specific eligibility criteria. They must be at least 18 years old, have maintained permanent residency for at least five years, and demonstrate continuous residence and physical presence in the U.S. during that period.
Good moral character is also essential, meaning the applicant should have no serious criminal history or immigration violations. Additionally, basic proficiency in English and knowledge of U.S. history and government are required.
The naturalization process begins with filing Form N-400, Application for Naturalization. Following submission, applicants must attend a biometrics appointment for fingerprinting and background checks. The next step involves passing a citizenship interview and exam, which tests English skills and civics knowledge. Successful candidates then take the Oath of Allegiance during a naturalization ceremony, officially becoming U.S. citizens.
U.S. citizenship offers valuable benefits. Citizens gain the right to vote, access to federal employment opportunities, and the ability to obtain a U.S. passport. They can also sponsor close family members for immigration without the limitations faced by green card holders, making naturalization a significant step toward full integration into American society.

Family and Marriage Visas
Family and marriage visas allow U.S. citizens and permanent residents to bring their loved ones to the United States. Key options include the K-1 fiancé(e) visa, which enables a foreign fiancé(e) to enter the U.S. for marriage within 90 days, and the CR1/IR1 spousal visa, which grants permanent residency to foreign spouses. Additionally, family-sponsored visas are available for immediate relatives, such as parents, children, and siblings of U.S. citizens.
Sponsors must file a petition, typically Form I-130 or I-129F, to initiate the process. Applicants must prove the legitimacy of their relationship through supporting evidence like marriage or engagement records, photographs, and communication history. Financial requirements, including filing an Affidavit of Support (Form I-864), are done to ensure the applicant will not become a public charge.
The application process includes submitting forms to U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), providing necessary documentation, and attending an interview. For overseas applicants, consular processing is often required, including an interview at a U.S. embassy or consulate.
